Import Students into V1 Pro App

Student Import & Ipad Sync Instructions

Step One:
  • Create a CSV file with the following information separated by Columns
                                Name | Email | Phone | Tags
  • The “Tags” should be entered in All Caps, be no more than 10 characters long, and end with a semicolon (;) For Example: JUNECAMP;  *Tags can include Letters and Numbers but No Spaces
  •  The Tags need to be consistent for all Name entries to allow proper filtering in the V1 system

Step Two:
  • Open the V1 Pro Software on Windows
  • Click START
  • Click the Student Icon in the Upper Right corner of the screen
  • Click the Button next to Filter by Tags
  • Click Edit List in the Bottom Left of the screen
  • Click Add New and add the Tag EXACTLY as it appears in the CSV file (i.e.: JUNECAMP) click Ok
  • Click Import Student in the Bottom Left corner of the screen
  • Locate the CSV file and Click Open
  • You should see a pop up stating how many records have been added / updated, click Ok
  • Filter this list at the Top Left under Filter by Tags and Select a student under that Tag, or select yourself to send a copy to your Drills and Intros file for future use.
  • Click Select as Current on the Bottom Right of screen
  • Select the Video for your Welcome Lesson and click the Globe in the upper right corner
  • Click Add and Filter by Tag by clicking the Filter Button
  • Select all of the students name by selecting the first name and holding the Shift key while selecting the last name, click Ok. (see screen shot below)
  • Complete your lesson, add an intro or drill etc. When you send your lesson it will create a Locker for each student allowing you to Sync with your Ipad device with those Branded Academy Accounts.

Step Three:
  • Open V1 Pro App on the Ipad
  • Click the Students Icon
  • Click the + button in the Upper Right corner
  • Select Sync with Branded Academy
  • **Repeat Step Three on all Ipad devices that need access to this Student information
