Working with Students

Select the Students icon at the bottom of the V1 Pro app to manage your students.

To Add new students, touch the + button at the top/right.  You have the option of entering the student information manually, importing it from your address box, or reading it from your branded academy database.

If you choose to sync with your branded academy database, any student for whom you have done a lesson within the last 6 months will be added to your students list.

On a student's window, you must enter a name and an email address(Red).  The phone number (Red) is optional, and may be used to send SMS messages to the student when new lessons are made available. The gray area at the bottom of the student window may be used to keep notes (Yellow). Touch the student silhouette at the top/left (Green) of the student window to capture a head shot of the student for your visual reference.

The student's video history is displayed on the iPad, or to see this information on the iPhone, touch the Folder icon in the upper/right.  The video history is divided between raw Videos and Lessons (Analyzed video).  Use the Camera icon (Green) to immediately capture new raw video for the student.

While the student's window is displayed, he or she is the "current" student.  If you now begin a lesson with a video that does not belong to another student, the lesson will be sent to this current student.

In order to delete a particular student, from the students list, swipe your finger from right to left to reveal a delete button.  Note that if you later re-sync with your Branded Academy student list, the student may re-appear.
